Our Story

Our Story: Providing Funeral & Cremation Services to Saginaw, MI

In 1963, Ronald T. Snow, Sr. came to Saginaw from the Detroit area. As a licensed funeral director he worked at the Waier Funeral Home for six years. In 1967 he and his wife Felicia purchased the Waier Funeral Home and renamed it the Snow Funeral Home. Trying to do something new, the Snow Funeral Home was the first funeral home in the Saginaw area to provide background music in the funeral home. The former location on North Michigan served its purpose very well, however Ronald and Felicia Snow saw that their funeral home needed to expand. A location was obtained in Saginaw Township and in 1984 its building was completed. This current location, located at 3775 N. Center Road, has served the community well. In 1996, following 43 years of dedicated service, Ronald and Felicia Snow transferred ownership of the funeral home to their son, Ronald T. Snow, Jr. and Paul D. Metevia. In September of 2021, Paul D. Metevia retired after 38 years of service. Ownership was taken over by Ronald T. Snow, Jr. and Brandon R. Hurren.
