Loving sister, aunt and godmother passed away on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Tendercare in Frankenmuth. Age 78 years. Daughter of the late Harry L. and Leona M. (Rogalski) Ruggles, Charlotte was born April 8, 1934, in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a graduate of Saginaw High in 1952 and attended Delta College, Bay City Junior College, and Central Michigan University where she majored in music. She was employed as a social worker for Head Start for many years. She was a member of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church and Beta Sigma Phi. Charlotte was an avid musician. Surviving are her siblings Phyllis and Tim Duperon of Saginaw; Lillian Kozan of Saginaw; Clarence and Catherine Ruggles of Sanford; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Charlotte was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Ruggles and a brother-in-law Joe Kozan. Funeral Liturgy will take place 10 a.m. Friday, July 27, 2012 at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 2395 Outer Dr., Saginaw with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty) where the family will be present on Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church from 9 a.m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
